If you're an administrator, familiarize yourself with access levels available for your user profiles.  Choose the User List button on your admin menu, then choose someone from the list.  Click the "Security" tab, and you'll see each user profile has adjustable access to every module in SmartPublisher, including reports.  The lowest setting will prevent access, the highest will allow "admin" access, which may let that user perform deletions or other high-level functions.  This is also the screen that allows you access to each user's password.  So if a user forgets a password, you are able to retrieve or change it.

Ads can have unique web dates?  Make your ads web-ready upon creation and give them longevity beyond your print dates!  Set your system preferences to mark ads to start on the web the day they're booked.  Use another preference to set them to expire any day on or after your print date.  These days are searchable, so you can export your ads for the web on a daily basis.
